Payment and Refund Policy
All our items are covered by a 14-day returns policy for items that are not as described, damaged in transit or if you have simply changed your mind. Items must be returned within 14-days of receipt and in the condition you received them in, with the security tag still attached and undamaged, you will void your right to return the goods if the security tag is removed. All packaging must be included. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the postage fees and to provide suitable postage insurance for the purchase cost of the item.
Please be aware that your bank will allocate funds at the time of placing an order with us and at this time the funds for the purchase will no longer be available to you in your account whilst the bank are waiting for us to accept the payment. Even if the item subsequently turns out to be unavailable for sale, your funds will still be unavailable for a few days and whilst we refund the sum. We will not be liable for any account charges or interest that may occur from your bank as a consequence.
As our stock is sold both in-store and online, we will endeavour to ensure we can complete your order before accepting any funds from you, but due to the possibility of an item selling in-store at the same time as an online order is placed, this may not always be possible and if this situation arises, we shall inform you the goods are not available for purchase and refund your funds as soon as we can (this will usually take between 1-10 days) If your order completes without any issues we will accept the funds and this will appear on your statement.
If for any reason your payment status is listed as “partially eligible” or “ineligible” by PayPal seller protection, your payment will be returned to you and the sale refused.
This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Our Jewellery and Electronic goods are provided with a 60-day guarantee. If an item is found to be faulty, through natural depreciation or wear and tear and not through accidental, negligent or improper use, the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. If found to be a faulty item, we will refund the costs of returning the goods to us. If a refund applies then you will be notified via e-mail within 14-days of us receiving the returned item.
